We want you to be happy with Luna Labs AI. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Free plan
Our Free plan lets you try the Service at no cost before purchasing. We encourage you to evaluate it fully before upgrading.
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@lunalabs-ai.com. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan. No further charges are made.
Refunds
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request for a refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
- Because plans grant immediate access to the Service, refunds for partially used billing periods are provided at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email support@lunalabs-ai.com from your account email with your payment reference. We respond within 2 business days.
