Luna Labs AI is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All access is delivered electronically.

How the service is delivered

• Access to your account and chatbot is provisioned instantly and automatically upon successful sign-up or payment.
• There is nothing to ship — features unlock immediately within your online dashboard at lunalabs-ai.com.
• Login and onboarding details are sent to your registered email address.

Delivery timeline (domestic & international)

Because the product is fully digital, delivery is immediate worldwide — there is no difference in delivery time between Indian and international customers. In the rare event of a delay due to payment verification, access is activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment.

Shipping cost

There are no shipping or delivery charges of any kind. The price shown at checkout is the only amount you pay for your selected plan.

Service availability
