By creating an account or using Luna Labs AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Luna Labs AI lets you build and deploy an AI customer-support chatbot trained on your own content. We provide the Service on an "as is" basis and may update or improve features over time.

Your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. You are responsible for the content you train your chatbot on and for compliance with laws applicable to your business.

Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay according to the pricing shown at checkout. Usage limits apply per your plan. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

AI-generated responses

Chatbot responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing how your chatbot represents your business. We are not liable for actions taken based on chatbot output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna Labs AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Service delivery

Luna Labs AI is a digital service delivered electronically. Access to paid features is provisioned immediately upon successful payment. We do not ship physical goods. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Customer support

We provide customer support by email at support@lunalabs-ai.com and via our Contact page. We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
